General description and boatowners comments:
1. New instruments - speed, depth and wind
meters new Raytheon ST60
2. The aft head - a new plunger together with new seals
3. The holding tank has been changed to a s/s type about 2 years ago
instead of the previous aluminium tank
4. The feathering prop is 3 bladed. This was installed about 3
years ago.
5. The sails are all in good working condition.
The genoa # 2 c/w uv cover is still in working order considering the
fact that it came with the boat.
Mainsails (2 # ) are all in working order.
The Genoa #1, is in working order and purchased about 3 years ago.
The spinakker is a tri-radial and in working order considering very
little usage
6. There is no osmosis or any such problems on the hull in all these
years. The hull was epoxied when new prior to launching
7. All the riggings and mast are in good condition
8. Most halyards have been replaced last year and are in good
condition
9. The all important air conditioning units are all in workling order
10. The freezer is working but the refrigerator is not. We took the
elect module from the refrigerator to fit into the freezer as I could
not get the Adlar Barbour part to replace and these elect units are
now out of production. We however dont use the refrigerator and prefer
the freezer to save on power and not drain the house batteries
unnecessarily
11. All Hella fans are in working condition and have been replaced if
they were faulty. All interior lights in the boat are in working
condition too
12. The wooden interior has been revarnished about 18 months ago. In every
case all items are in working condition or been replaced. Please
list her at US$120,000
